Why can't I reply to a topic?

Some topics in some forums disallow replies. This is to keep the forums free of needless posts and confusion for new members. If there is a query about a topic that you cannot reply to (Eg. Tutorials forums and Guest Downloads) Please don't hesitate to PM the original poster or any member of staff.
