I want to get the windows logo out of the following image.



If anyone knows how to do it can you please tell me how or make me a video tutorial on how to do so.

I just checked this tutorial out and it wont' work on Photoshop CS3 which is what I have.
Photoshop CS3 doesn't have most of the things it is talking about or they are just located somewhere else.

Can you find me a better tutorial or IF you want you can do it for me but I wouldn't mind AT ALL if you didn't.
Also I can't reply in the other topic for some reason so you may want to check that out as well

So how did this end up turning out?

Well it didn't help much and then I just forgot about it because I didn't have time to give it another go.
I already know how to get rid of images from background and work on that but I just want to take the window logo out and leave the same effects in the orb and the rest of the picture still there.

I gave it a shot anyway

Thank you Sledge, it's exactly what I wanted. Right now the inside isn't exactly the same but it works MUCH better than the one I did. I tried to give this a go by drawing a circle on top of the previous one and filling it with a matching gradient but it didn't quite look right and on top of that the border of the orb would go away. Can you tell me how you did this so I can do it on my own in the future?
